Magic: The Gathering and Doctor Who fans are in for a treat, as Wizards of the Coast has released a new crossover product that features iconic characters and locations from the popular sci-fi series. The product, called ‘Secret Lair x Doctor Who’, is part of the ‘Universes Beyond’ line that explores other franchises and media properties in the Magic multiverse.

‘Secret Lair x Doctor Who’ is a set of three limited-edition drops that contain five Magic cards each, with exclusive artwork and flavor text inspired by Doctor Who. The first drop showcases the Daleks, the ruthless cyborgs that are the Doctor’s archenemies, as they invade and conquer different planes of existence.

The second drop features the Weeping Angels, the terrifying creatures that can only move when not observed, as they prey on unsuspecting victims across time and space.

The third drop celebrates the Doctor, the mysterious and heroic Time Lord who travels in the TARDIS and saves the universe from various threats.

According to the the official Secret Lair website. Each drop costs around $30 for the non-foil edition and $40 for the foil edition. You can also buy the bundle of all three drops for around $80 (non-foil) or $109 (foil). The shipping will begin on December 19, 2023, and the product will be delivered to your door in a special collector’s box.

‘Secret Lair x Doctor Who’ is trending nationwide because it is a unique and exciting collaboration between two beloved and influential franchises. Magic: The Gathering is the world’s most popular trading card game, with over 35 million players and fans worldwide.
