It seems like something Kanye West would do, and we all know he is living in a small room at Falcons stadium. The silhouette of the figure seems to match Kanye West’s physical height and weight as well. There is an abundance of evidence that points to it being him but, what’s confusing is how he got up there without people noticing until he was already up there.
