Three NYPD police officers where poisoned with bleach at Shake Shack in Broadway Manhattan allegedly. A PBA announcement was sent out to NYPD police officers that someone had put a toxic substance believed to be bleach in drinks of three cops at Shake Shack on Fulton Street.
The three NYPD officers where sent to the hospital after realizing they drank bleach and are expected to make a full recovery.
One thing that stands out from the PBA announcement is that statement telling NYPD police officers to not let their guard for even moment is in bold. They confirmed that they are no operating under “critical level” protocols.
Essentially NYPD cops are going to be more an edge than ever before, and you can’t really blame them if their drinks where really poisoned. The FBI is reportedly already investigating the incident closely.
