On a day like Mother’s Day 2022 instead of wholesome tweets about moms taking over social media people started a more adult oriented theme.

If you logged onto Twitter today you probably saw the word ‘MILF’ was the number one trend. If you’re not familiar with the acronym it stands for ‘Mother I’d Like to ****’. Naturally the trend was started by millions of people posting about mothers they thought were hot. Whether it was an actor, politician, adult film star, anime character, someone they knew personally, or a photo of themselves, hot moms took over twitter. The trend turned Mother’s Day 2022 into ‘MILF Day’. Take a look at some of the tweets from people who were shocked by the trend, and from people who posted moms they thought were hot.
MILF Day trending nationwide isn’t all bad, because at the end of the day MILFs are mothers too. However, it would have been nice to see people celebrating mothers for reasons other than their looks.
