On January 5, Hank Aaron was seen taking the COVID-19 vaccine to spread awareness and comfort those who were hesitant to do the same. The event took place at the Moorhouse School of Medicine, and he was assured it would be safe. Hank Aaron was 86 at the time of his death two weeks later, and had no known grave health conditions before taking the COVID vaccine shot.
