
Former Jazz Coach Jerry Sloan is dead at age 78 after a long battle with Parkinson disease. It was only a few months ago that reports started surfacing that Jerry Sloan’s health had taken a turn for the worst. Now it’s been confirmed Jerry Sloan has died, leaving the basketball community in mourning.


As a player Jerry Sloan made a name for himself on the Chicago Bulls. It was as a coach that he really blossomed into a legend. Known as one of the most passionate coaches ever, Jerry Sloan was even willing to get ejected with his players to show how much he cared.
RIP Jerry Sloan.
