Does Donovan Mitchell Look Like Dwyane Wade? Social Media Thinks Donovan Mitchell was Dwyane Wade’s Stunt Double During Jazz vs Grizzlies Game 1
Since he was drafted in 2017, Donovan Mitchell has been drawing Dwyane Wade comparisons, because of the similarities in their offense. However, now people think that Donovan Mitchell looks like Dwyane Wade off the court as well. When the two ran into each other during Grizzlies vs Jazz Game 1, social media started calling Donovan Mitchell Dwyane Wade’s stunt double.
When the two were seen side by side it looked like Donovan Mitchell borrowed an outfit out of Dwyane Wade’s closet. They both had on a similar cropped style of pants that Wade made famous while we he was in the league.
Was it a coincidence or did Donovan Mitchell dress like Dwyane Wade to pay homage to one of his idols who is also a part owner of the Jazz?

Whether or not they look alike off the court, after the way Jazz lost Game 1 to Grizzlies they will need him to be a doppelganger on the court to pull out this series. These teams are much closer than a 1 vs 9th seed, and Grizzlies arguably have the most skilled player in Ja Morant. In the second quarter Grizzlies outscored Jazz by 13 points and never looked back. Mitchell’s presence in the lineup would help mitigate scoring droughts like that, and put extra pressure on their defense.
What do you think Donovan Mitchell and Dwyane Wade were talking about?
